Retired Jubilee Party Deputy Chairman David Murathe and seasoned politician Cyrus Jirongo have been called in for questioning by the EACC.

“Certainly, I have received the summons. During the day, the EACC will release a statement on the matter.” stated Murathe

Murathe and Jirongo will presumably show up at the EACC’s Nairobi headquarters, the Integrity Centre.

While running for governor of Kakamega County on a United Democratic Party ticket, Cyrus Jirongo finished behind ODM’s Fernandes Barasa and ANC’s Cleophas Malala.
