A helicopter belonging to Pokot South MP David Pkosing has been grounded and is being forensically investigated by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
The green and white helicopter, which was reportedly used to carry seven persons detained and freed by the Kitale Law Courts on suspicion of banditry, is currently being studied by forensic specialists from the DCI headquarters.

Pkosing, who denies using his plane to commit banditry in the North Rift area, was questioned by authorities for the second time on Friday.
The MP argues that the probe is politically motivated and that other community leaders who have incited their constituents have not been questioned.
