The graft case of Ksh7.5 billion bribery lawsuit against DP Rigathi Gachagua has indeed been officially withdraw by Noordin Haji, the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Judge Victor Wakumile of the Anti-Corruption Milimani Court granted Noordin’s plea to delay the case slated for next Monday and Tuesday to allow the attorneys study the case.
