Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has asked Azimio leaders to stop protesting if they want to work with the government.
He said that the government will not deal with those who participate in protests, but he encouraged Azimio leaders to collaborate with President Ruto to help improve the lives of Kenyans and promote the country’s development.

During his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony for affordable housing, Gachagua also mentioned that Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwuor (Jalang’o) is now part of the UDA camp.
He encouraged Daragoretti North MP Beatrice Elachi to join the Kenya Kwanza camp, which prioritizes development over demonstrations.
