Evidence Police Found at Lawyer Paul Gicheru’s Karen Home

    Published on

Police discovered CCTV video and bedsheets, among other personal stuff, from the lawyer’s private home in Karen while investigating his murder.

The office keys and two phones were also found in the Karen house and were taken for forensic assessment to determine the nature of his mobile phone use.

On Monday, September 26, his wife, son arriving from the UK, father-in-law, and employees were all reportedly around when he passed away.

According to a police officer with expertise in the probe, the surveillance footage will be used to reconstruct the movements of the victim, as well as those of any other family members or staff present at the time of the incident.

Some of the equipment the lawyer used that day were also taken by the detectives. After having lunch, Gicheru reportedly died suddenly a few hours later. He was discovered by his family in his bedroom with foam evolving over his mouth.
