Gor Mahia supporters to protest Rachier’s Freemasonry connection.

To express their disapproval of club chairman Ambrose Rachier’s freemasonry activities, Gor Mahia supporters have organised a day of peaceful protests on Thursday.

The supporters, represented by Judith Anyango, have requested police protection for the demonstration, which will begin at 11 a.m. on October 13 at Uhuru Park.

Gor Mahia FC is not a part of Mr Rachier’s freemasonry adventure, and we want to strongly denounce his continued involvement with the club after making such an admission that has caused us so much ridicule and public shame.

    Anyango added.

Gor Mahia publicly denied responsibility for Rachier’s Freemason membership on October 3. Sam Ochola, the club’s general secretary, has said that Rachier is “on a personal journey” in which he is not involved with the club at all.

On October 2nd, Rachier admitted to being a member of the secret society during an NTV interview; he also refuted criticism that freemasonry is a demonic organization.

Following a mass gathering at Uhuru Park at 11 a.m., supporters will make their way to Valley Road, where they will split out toward the Ralph Bunch road intersection, as announced by Anyango.

They plan to open a petition in which they condemn and demand Rachier’s resignation.
