William Kamket, the newly elected MP for the district of Tiaty on a ticket affiliated with the KANU party, has switched to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
William Ruto, the incoming president, made the news and included Kamket in his camp on Thursday, September 1 in his Karen office in Nairobi.
In Baringo County, where its party head Gideon Moi lives, Kamket was the only KANU candidate to survive the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) tsunami.
