Kenyans await Raila Odinga’s next move after 14-day ultimatum to President Ruto expires.

Date:

Raila Odinga’s 14-day ultimatum to President William Ruto expired at midnight on Wednesday, leaving Kenyans wondering what the Opposition leader’s next move will be.

There are two possible outcomes – either he follows through with the mass action threat or backs down.

Although Raila has been silent for most of the day, it has been reported that he could take action at any moment and address Kenyans with his next step.

In pictures shared by the ODM party, Raila is seen wearing a combat uniform, which has raised speculation about his intentions.

Meanwhile, Azimio la Umoja has accused President Ruto of playing blame games instead of fixing the economy and has asked him and his team six critical questions, threatening to follow up with those responsible for answers if they remain unanswered.
