Kenyans on Twitter give Second Lady a new nickname ‘Rigathress’

Date:

On Wednesday, Kenyans on Twitter gave the Second Lady Dorcas Rigathi a new nickname, ‘Rigathress’.

The nickname is a combination of her name, Rigathi, and the prefix ‘ress’.

While some people find the name sweet and sexy, others think that Kenyans don’t care about naming popular figures in the country.

During an event at the University of Nairobi, Dorcas Rigathi mentioned that she was still waiting for a nickname.

Her husband, DP Rigathi, embraced his own nickname ‘Riggy G’, which he said made life easier for people who had trouble pronouncing his full name.
