    Miguna Miguna Arrives in Kenya

    Published on

After being deported in March 2018, vocal lawyer Miguna Miguna finally arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Thursday, October 20.

The lawyer was accompanied by a group of people, including security guards and his supporters, as they were driven out from the terminal.

In the evening of Mashujaa Day, at 6:00 p.m., Miguna Miguna will grace a garden party at State House in Nairobi.

Miguna thanked the many people and organizations that contributed to his safe return during an interview with the media at JKIA.

In addition, he praised Kenyans for voting in the August 9 elections and subsequently electing the Kenya Kwanza government to serve as the country’s leaders for the next five years.

The rights of Kenyans, as guaranteed by the constitution, should be preserved, he added.

The family of the outspoken lawyer has also applauded Ruto’s government for allowing their brother to return to the nation after his expulsion in 2018.
