After the Jubilee Party offices in Nairobi’s Pangani neighborhood was placed up for auction, President Uhuru Kenyatta and his party members may be counting the days till they have to move out.
Garam Investments Auctioneers said in an ad published in local newspapers on Monday, August 29 that they had placed the seven-story behemoth on Thika Road up for auction.
The structure consists of a sentry house, a powerhouse, and two basement levels.
The auctioneers published a notice that the bidding procedure would take place on September 11 at a venue in Westlands.
Before being allowed entrance to the bidding area, interested parties are required to submit a Ksh5 million deposit.
