On Friday, Oscar Sudi, a mp from Kapsaret, flew in in a Kenya Airforce helicopter to attend a meeting of the Kenya Kwanza Parliamentary Group in Naivasha.
The President, Vice President, and other high-ranking government officials, such as the Cabinet Secretary for the Interior and the Defense, normally take advantage of the helicopter’s services.
Both President William Ruto and his Vice President, Rigathi Gachagua, are present and will spend the night at the venue.
After a long delay, the PG meeting to discuss the allocation of key leadership seats in the Senate and National Assembly has finally begun, and Ruto will preside over the proceedings.
The governing coalition is planning to spend two days in seclusion in Naivasha, discussing how they would carry out their platform and distributing parliamentary places.
