Opposition leader Raila Odinga accuses former IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati of being involved in rigging the August polls.
Raila clarifies during a late-night interview with KTN on Tuesday that he does not blame President William Ruto for the alleged rigging.
Raila points his finger at Chebukati for colluding with the IEBC CEO Hussein Marjan with Smartmatics and getting involved in the procurement of the ICT infrastructure.
Raila claims they had substantial evidence of who was involved, including members at the Supreme Court.
Raila maintains that he won the 2022 polls with 8.1 million votes against Ruto’s 5.9 million, but official results released by the IEBC showed that Ruto won with 7.1 million votes against Raila’s 6.9 million.
