Safaricom, a mobile service provider, reported a 30-minute service outage for M-pesa on Sunday.
The outage will take place on February 19 morning for scheduled network maintenance, allowing the company to continue providing new innovations to its customers.
Lipa na M-pesa pay bill and buy goods, International money transfer, M-pesa super App, and Pinless Top us are among the services that will be unavailable during the maintenance.
Normal calls, internet, SMS, and other M-pesa services, however, will be accessible between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m.
The company apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates its customers for their patience as they continue to improve its services to better serve them.
