    Steve Chege, a senatorial candidate from Laikipia has died.

    Steve Chege, a former candidate for the Senate seat representing Laikipia, has passed away.

    After the politician was involved in an accident, he was rushed to Kenyatta University Referral Hospital for treatment. He was later declared dead owing to the lack of blood.

    Numerous prominent personalities expressed their condolences over social media.
